Bysimon allows returns for refund or exchange, even without any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. If you want to return items, just follow the instructions:
Make sure the items are in the same condition as you received them
The refund is processed within 10 working days from receipt of the return, as per the terms of sale.
We will ship new orders only once the return has been received.
If you have received a non-compliant item, contact us immediately! We will resolve it right away!
Bysimon offers a return service with its own courier who will pick up at home at a cost of €10
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (ONLY FOR ITALY)
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within the period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products.
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal if they comply with the following conditions:
- The products must not have been used, modified, or customized.
- The product boxes must not show signs of wear, abrasions, or scratches.
- The product must be accompanied by the attached warranty / receipt or invoice
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN (ITALY ONLY)
Return in 3 simple steps:
1- Go to your private area and request the return.
2 – fill out the RETURN / EXCHANGE FORM with the product (or products) from your order that you want to return.
3 - Insert the items to be returned inside their original packaging and include the printed FORM inside the package. Make sure the outer box is well sealed and protected,
4 - the customer can choose to arrange the shipment of the items at their own expense (freely choosing the courier they prefer) or ask the company to take care of it at a cost of 10 euros with GLS courier.

Under no circumstances will returns with costs or charges borne by BYSIMON GROUP SRL be accepted.
REFUND AMOUNT
You will be refunded for the cost of the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW THE REFUND WORKS
The refund is made through the payment method used by the buyer (within 4 - 7 business days). If this is not possible, it will be made via bank transfer; in this case, you will need to provide us with your bank details (IBAN and account holder information) via email.
